This is my latest painting I did for Illustration Friday for the word, duet.
I just love whales and the connection they have with their babies, and I love my natural connection to them.
Perfect gift for a new mom, or any mom on mother's day! Great for a baby's room, too.
The original art was painted with acrylic paint on patterned paper and embellished with colored pencils. I kept it in tones of green because the paper was the foundation.
The image is printed on Kodak matte Photo Supreme and the colors are wonderful! The outer dimensions are 11' x 14" matted in white with a white border.
This would make a wonderful new baby gift or Mother's day gift...or anytime gift for ocean and whale lovers.
It will be shipped with cardboard backing in a cello sleeve and signed by me.
